1-Year ScanX Service Agreement

ScanX repair & preventive maintenance service agreement.

This agreement includes the following.

1). Unlimited toll-free technical support
2). One annual calibration
3). One annual cleaning
4). Repair service labor
5). Service repair parts up to $250
6). Extended life preventive maintenance service
7). Clean and evaluate CR plates and cassettes
8). Clean and defrag computer hard drive, a remote log in service.
9). Will setup and checkout scan-x for customer to resell with DIS providing new customer training
10). *Cost 83.33/month payable with one annual payment of $1,000

* Customer responsible for shipping.
